I had excellent stay, the place is relaxing!
This hotel had a central position to food outlets. Plus, it was short walk to park off street down the road and Surfers Paradise at Southport

This hotel has a great location, making it super convenient to access shopping malls, rock pools, and playgrounds—all great for families! Plus, it’s definitely good value for the money. the staff were really helpful, and the check-in process was smooth, allowing for a late check-out which was a nice bonus. 😊.

It had good facilities. It was quiet and had air conditioning. Really good if you are staying for business or a shopping trip. Public transport is good and you can easily get to all the major areas/attractions.
Location. It was next to the main road.

Convenient location.
Very basic. Lots of traffic noise. Staff unhelpful and inflexible when we arrived early, told us to go to the park across the road when we asked if we could use a toilet.

Room was clean and tidy, however the furniture in the lounge is showing its age, and the sofa bed is missing many springs making it a danger to sleep on, and a leg on one of the arm chairs was hanging off again making this a danger to sit on. Other than these two thing, our stay was pleasent and we would return.

Location was great! Staff were very friendly! Room was clean, co Comfortable and quiet big. Only complaint we had was about the water pressure and temperature in the shower. Water was either red hot or freezing cold, nothing in between. Wouldn't be very safe with children.

This place has a stunning location, just a short walk to shops and a lovely stroll along the waterfront, plus it’s close to all three parks for Movie World. It’s affordable and practical, and it even comes with a sofa bed! 🛋️.

I took my 8 yr old grandson for our second stay at Harbour Side. We love the location, the pool and spa and that we can bbq right there beside them. The staff were friendly and obliging.

Good location, pleasant room
Limited office hours. No servicing, no clean towel in four days. Limited supplies including toilet roll on arrival and guest has to top up after that - have you ever tried to buy one toilet roll! No retaurants or take aways in easy walking distance.
